Youth Training and Mentorship
Youths are an integral part of development activities in the communities. Our goal is to involve many youths, both men and women, in the production process and offer job opportunities.
At ABC we offer business development services aimed at supporting youth entrepreneurship in various sectors of the economy
Young farmers lack the skills, confidence, and knowledge to identify economic opportunities within their agriculture practices.
The broad objective of the youth training is to expose the youths to understanding entrepreneurial behaviour with the view to making them more effective and efficient in their business endeavours and thereby enhance their motivation to start businesses that are viable in the mid-term.
The youth trainings are coupled with business development services that are targeted at supporting and nurturing the budding and growing entrepreneur.
Business Development Services (BDS)
BDS component is done after training. This involves follow-ups, mentorship and advisory, conducting health-checks for running businesses, business formalization, and assisting youth to access financial services.
